That's what is happening today. It is just body weight squats so shouldn't be too hard since I do workout (train) six days a week, or at least that is what I am thinking.
Does anyone want to do this with me? You can start from the day you read this if you would like.
So, What do you need to do?
First, we need to some some measurement to ensure you can see results :)
Day 1:
1. Measure your butt or hips.
2. Measure your quads(thigh).
Day 30:
1. Measure your butt or hips.
2. Measure your quads(thigh).

Also, if you are up for it, you can add some weights. Results will vary depending on your frequency of doing the squats or whether you add weights.
You can break up the amount and do it throughout the day by 10 X 10 squats, 4 X 25 squats, or 2 X 50 squats, Do it however you like! Just make sure to do it everyday! Don't skip (that would defeat the purpose of the challenge)
